The Jarocin Business Ball is one of the most important economic events in the region, bringing together local entrepreneurs, local government officials and representatives of institutions supporting business development.

This year’s edition was unique, as it was combined with the launch of the book “Economic Success Zone” – a publication presenting companies that make a special contribution to the development of entrepreneurship in the Jarocin area.

We are proud to announce that InvestIT Systems has been included in this prestigious group and has been highlighted in the book as an example of a rapidly growing, innovative technology company originating from Jarocin.

Below is the text taken from www.jarocińska.pl:

For 15 years, Invest.IT Systems has been creating, implementing and developing innovative IT solutions. It has evolved from a local company operating in the Wielkopolska region into a company implementing projects on the national and international markets.

The company was founded in 2010, when there was a clear increase in market demand for flexible, dedicated IT solutions for businesses that would work both in the web browser (web) and on mobile devices (mobile).

– Initially, we carried out smaller projects for clients in Greater Poland,” recalls Daniel Stempniak, co-owner of Investit System, describing the beginnings of the business.

The company’s strength is its team of experienced professionals
Over time, a small software house realizing websites and online stores, transformed into a thriving IT company providing advanced mobile and web applications with AI modules and integration of external systems.
Today Investit System is a team of more than a dozen experienced professionals consisting of programmers, Project Managers, UX/UI designers and analysts.

– Importantly, the company also has the ability to flexibly scale project teams,” emphasizes co-owner Anna Marchwiak-Stempniak.
Invest.IT Systems has offices in Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław. As of October 2025, a personal representative office will operate in Jarocin.

Kucz to the success of Invest.IT Systems

An important step in the company’s development and an element that strengthened its position in the market was the establishment of cooperation with companies and institutions in the educational and medical sectors. Also of great importance was participation in acceleration and R&D projects, as well as the creation of its own brand – AppCreo, dedicated to mobile applications.
The company’s successes certainly include building comprehensive systems that support hundreds of users every day, including educational platforms and sales systems.c
– From the beginning, the key values for the company have been transparency, a partnership approach to clients and long-term project development, Daniel Stempniak emphasizes.
Modern solutions that have been supporting business for years
Today’s company’s offerings include design and development of mobile and web applications, system integrations, e-commerce solutions, dedicated systems, and IoT (Internet of Things)* projects.
What sets the company apart in the market is certainly its ability to create cohesive ecosystems combining mobile and web technologies, its flexible approach to ongoing projects – from simple MVPs to complex systems – as well as its extensive experience gained from R&D projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, education and medicine.

The company has also developed practical know-how over the years to effectively combine business with advanced technological solutions.

Invest.IT Systems cares about the next generation of programmers
It is worth noting that Invest.IT Systems also cares about the future of the industry by actively supporting educational projects – especially those related to learning programming among children and young people. The company is also involved in educational and social initiatives in Jarocin, Krotoszyn and Poznan, organizing workshops and supporting local school projects, among others.

* IoT – (Internet of Things) – is a concept in which electronic devices communicate with each other over a network – usually wireless – to automate activities and make everyday life easier. It is used both in industry and in homes.

Interview with Daniel Stempniak, co-owner of Invest.IT Systems

How do you assess the company’s current potential – both in terms of the team and the services offered?
Very high. We have an interdisciplinary team of developers, analysts, UX/UI designers and project managers, which allows us to carry out both commercial and R&D projects. Our portfolio of services includes web applications, mobile applications, AI solutions and system integrations. As a result, we are able to provide customers with comprehensive products – from MVPs to complex SaaS systems – which significantly increases our competitiveness.

What do you think has been key to the company’s success since its inception in 2010?

Three factors were key: customer trust, technological flexibility and consistent investment in the competence of the team. From the beginning, we adopted the principle that we do not sell “off-the-shelf solutions,” but tailored systems that realistically support our contractors’ business processes. This approach has allowed us to grow dynamically and maintain long-term relationships.

Were there any watershed moments in the history of Invest.IT that significantly influenced its development?

Yes. The first such moment was the transition from simple web projects to the development of dedicated mobile applications in Flutter technology. The second – starting cooperation with scientific institutions on R&D projects in the field of education and medicine. The third – the decision to centralize the executive office in Poznan and Warsaw from October 2025. This step is dictated by the growing demand for highly qualified IT staff and the desire to attract talent from larger centers.

Technology is developing rapidly, which directions in IT do you consider the most promising today?

Definitely: artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and system integrations in the spirit of “smart everything.” AI is entering not only analytics, but also education, medicine and business. IoT is becoming a natural complement to this trend, creating ecosystems of devices and services. We are also seeing the growing importance of low-code/no-code solutions that accelerate deployments.

Which project or client collaboration are you most proud of?

Definitely from projects where we have been able to use artificial intelligence to create innovative solutions. This is an area that allows us not only to support the business development of our clients, but also to design tools that have a real impact on society. I believe that it is projects based on AI that show the potential of the technology of the future and the direction in which we want to consistently move. At the same time, it gives us great satisfaction to realize the integrated IT system jarocin.pl, which improves communication and management of public services in the municipality of Jarocin.

What challenges does the company face, and has faced, in such a rapidly changing IT industry?

The biggest challenge is to constantly adapt to changing technologies and customer expectations. The technology life cycle is shortening, and customers expect not only speed, but also stability. The second challenge is to attract the right specialists, which is why we are moving the burden of recruitment and executive offices to Poznań and Warsaw. The third – scaling internal processes in such a way that quality does not decline as the number of projects increases.

Invest.IT Systems operates in four fast-growing areas – web, mobile applications, AI and IoT. Which of these do you think has the most potential today, and why?

AI has the greatest potential, as it is a technology that permeates all other areas. We see AI revolutionizing web (e.g., content personalization), mobile (e.g., voice bots, user behavior prediction) and IoT (e.g., intelligent energy management). It is AI that is becoming the “glue” that adds value to traditional solutions. However, I believe that the greatest effect comes from combining these four areas into one cohesive ecosystem.

How has the company changed over the years? What has been the main driver of growth – technology, the team, or perhaps market needs?

The company has gone from a local software house to a company with international R&D and commercial IT projects. The engines of growth were all three elements. First, technology, because we kept up with the trends (Flutter, AI, IoT), then the team, because it is people who create innovations, and the market, because its needs were the impetus for further challenges.

What are your plans and priorities – as a business owner – for the coming years?

My priority is to strengthen Investit Systems’ position as a technology partner for business and institutions in Poland and to expand in European markets. We plan to increase our focus on AI-based educational and medical projects, in parallel developing our own SaaS products. The second priority is to further professionalize processes – automating CI/CD, DevOps and scaling the team. The third – centralizing our offices in Poznan and Warsaw, which will allow us to attract talent and serve customers at the highest level.
